Product UX
User journeys, information architecture, states, roles, permissions, and interaction decisions grounded in the job users need to complete.
UI/UX design · SaaS & web products
Social Linker designs SaaS interfaces, web applications, dashboards, portals, and digital products around real user tasks. The goal is not simply to make screens look polished; it is to make navigation, information, actions, states, and repeated workflows easier to understand on real devices.
User journeys, information architecture, states, roles, permissions, and interaction decisions grounded in the job users need to complete.
High-fidelity responsive screens with deliberate hierarchy, component logic, accessibility considerations, and useful feedback states.
Reusable components, interaction patterns, tokens, and usage guidance that help a product remain coherent as features and teams grow.
How we think about product UX
Product interfaces usually become difficult when features accumulate faster than the structure explaining them. Navigation fragments, dashboards become collections of widgets, forms become long without clear priorities, and users depend on support for actions the interface should make understandable.
We work from user roles, jobs, workflows, information relationships, and important states before polishing individual screens. That gives the product a model users can learn and gives the design system a reason to exist beyond visual consistency.
Typical UX deliverables
User flows, navigation, page or screen relationships, role-aware paths, and the order in which information should appear.
Low-fidelity structure for key journeys so product decisions can be tested before visual polish makes changes more expensive.
Desktop, tablet, and mobile states designed around actual content and interactions instead of shrinking a desktop composition.
Interactive prototypes where useful, component behaviour, edge cases, and implementation-ready decisions for development.
Design for real states
Help a new user understand what to do when there is no data, history, project, or saved configuration yet.
Make long operations, uploads, generation, search, and data refreshes understandable instead of leaving users guessing.
Explain what failed, what was preserved, what the user can retry, and when another action is required.
Structure tables, filters, dashboards, forms, permissions, and repeated actions so high information density remains manageable.
FAQ
We design SaaS products, dashboards, customer portals, internal tools, marketplaces, admin systems, onboarding flows, account areas, and other web-based product experiences.
Yes. Social Linker can carry a product from information architecture and flows through responsive interface design and front-end implementation, which keeps design decisions closer to production constraints.
Yes. We can review the current information architecture, navigation, workflows, states, responsive behaviour, and visual system, then improve the areas creating the most friction without assuming every product needs a full rewrite.
Yes. Social Linker is India-based and can run discovery, wireframes, reviews, prototyping, design-system work, and development collaboration remotely for teams worldwide.
